Return policy

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

5. SHIPPING

  • Baldpanther ships to most U.S. states. However, certain areas may be excluded.
  • If you do not see a shipping option at checkout, email us at support@baldpanther.com, and we’ll check if shipping is available for your location.
  • For free shipping promotions, please confirm if your area is eligible by emailing admin@baldpanther.com.

6. EXCHANGES

  • For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you purchased and placing a new order separately for the desired item.

7. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
