1. ORDER PICKUP
- Orders can be picked up Monday-Sunday.
- You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- If you have not received a pickup notification, please verify with us before heading to the pickup location.
- Typically, orders are ready as soon as you place the order during business hours (Note: this does not apply to pre-orders).
2. FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 12 hours of placement (Monday – Friday).
- We ship using USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.
- Larger orders will be shipped via Freight Shipping.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 – 7 business days (depending on weight and distance).
3. ECONOMY DELIVERY
- Available for customers in Florida and Texas.
- Choose Economy Delivery if you’re able to wait a little longer for your Baldpanther Equipment!
- We guarantee 3-7 business days for delivery after the order is received.
4. LOCAL EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Available for addresses within 325 km of our distribution center.
- We guarantee 12-60 hours of delivery after the order is received.
- Our team personally handles Local Express Delivery, so if you have special delivery instructions, please let us know!
5. SHIPPING COST
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance.
- Flat rate shipping is offered for eligible orders.
